Children experience the world differently from adults. While adults use words, children express themselves through play. Play therapy offers a safe space for children to explore emotions, develop coping skills, and build confidence.
Parenting can be both rewarding and overwhelming, especially when your child is struggling with anxiety, emotional regulation, or behavioural challenges. You don’t have to navigate it alone. I work with children (3 years old +), teens, families experiencing divorce or separation, and parents, creating a supportive space to build resilience, strengthen relationships, and improve emotional well-being.
I integrate evidence-based therapies such as child-centred play-based therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, trauma-informed, and solution-focused, strength based therapy to meet each child’s unique needs. I also provide individual counselling for young adults facing anxiety, stress, life transitions, or personal growth.
My approach is collaborative and non-judgmental, helping clients develop insight, coping strategies, and resilience.
