Children experience the world differently than adults. While adults use words, children express themselves through play. Play therapy offers a safe space for children to explore emotions, develop coping skills, and build confidence.

Using a warm, individualized approach, I integrate evidence-based therapies like play-based therapy, CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, mindfulness, and internal family systems (IFS) to meet each child’s unique needs. I also provide individual counselling for adults facing anxiety, stress, life transitions, or personal growth.
