I am a Registered Social Worker and Registered Marriage and Family Therapist. I help couples heal from affairs/infidelity, heal from addictions and chronic health issues, and improve conflict management. I work with couples who want to rebuild their relationships and those who simply want to learn how to bring their best selves into relationships (e.g. premarital counselling). I also help single people learn to improve their relationship skills. In therapy, we work together on mastering communication skills, but also on building better friendships, and helping couples build meaningful lives together.
Highly effective and evidence-based Gottman Method Couples Therapy is my approach to helping couples who desire to heal and work through relationship challenges or simply become better partners. The Gottman Method Couples Therapy helps couples improve relationship resiliency and rebuild trust by targeting key areas of the relationship that need improvement.
