About
I help children, teens, and caregivers when life feels difficult. Kids can struggle with worries, anxiety, anger, behaviour, difficulties at school, or challenges with relationships. Caregivers also need support to cope with these challenges and to develop strategies to best support their child. I can help you find new ways to cope with challenges, create positive change, strengthen relationships, and improve individual balance. I provide counselling with compassion and unconditional acceptance.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist with 18 years of experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and their families. Some challenges frequently addressed through therapy include anxiety, depression, behavioural issues, self-harm, trauma, abuse, family relationship challenges, and parenting strategies.
I can help you, your child, or your family to find strength, hope, and positive change. Please click on my website link for more information about psychotherapy services. I look forward to hearing from you!
