I help children, teens, and parents navigate anxiety, emotional and behavioural challenges, family transitions, and difficult life experiences through play therapy, counselling, and parent support. As a Registered Psychotherapist and Certified Play Therapist, I specialize in helping children express feelings they may not yet have words for through play, while offering teens a space to talk openly, build insight, and make sense of their experiences. I commonly support anxiety (including OCD and selective mutism), depression, emotional regulation, school or peer difficulties, trauma, and family conflict.
I work closely with parents and caregivers, offering sessions focused on understanding your child’s needs and responding with greater confidence and connection. Parent sessions can take place on their own or alongside your child’s therapy.
With over 20 years of clinical experience and certification in play therapy, I offer a thoughtful, relational approach that creates space for openness, understanding, and acceptance.
