I draw primarily from CBT while integrating other evidence-based approaches to meet each client's unique needs. I have additional training in neurodivergence and narcissistic abuse recovery, and extensive experience in EFAP, career counselling, and post-secondary settings. Sessions are practical, collaborative, and built around you.
