My work with individuals, couples, and families, is person-centred and trauma-informed. I take an integrative approach utilizing various modalities such as, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR).
