I work with people living with anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, and the persistent feeling of not being enough. Many clients I work with feel life has become unbearable - they report feeling emotionally exhausted, on edge and carry the weight of difficult memories. Whether you're struggling with stress, trauma, grief and loss, burnout, anxiety, or the cumulative effects of life's demands in general, I offer a confidential, supportive space to process and navigate difficult experiences. Using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches, I help my clients move beyond survival mode and reconnect to a sense of balance in their lives.
I work with members of the public as well as first responders and other helping professionals experiencing chronic stress, moral injury, burnout, or trauma. My practice is neurodiversity-affirming (autism/adhd), and I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my work, providing compassionate, evidence-based care.
Many of my clients come to therapy carrying shame, self-criticism, or the belief that everyone else has life figured out. Together, we'll explore the patterns behind these beliefs and develop healthier ways of relating to yourself.
