I support people carrying overwhelm, self-criticism, and old patterns that show up in relationships, life transitions, or grief. Using trauma-informed, attachment-based approaches, I help you reconnect with yourself, soothe the inner critic, and move from survival to safety and presence.
My work is trauma-informed, relational, and rooted in compassion. Living with a chronic health condition shaped how I understand grief, the body, and self-worth, and taught me how pain and hope can coexist. For clients who desire it, I welcome the integration of faith into our work, including space for prayer and reflection on scripture.
