I support those experiencing grief, relationship changes, and identity shifts to make sense of their experiences and move forward authentically. You want to slow down and think critically to gain insight into yourself. You find yourself drawn to patterns in relationships that aren’t serving you, or are realizing that maybe these routines never did. You’re seeking a place where you can talk about the feelings that come with grief without feeling silenced, judged, or that you’re 'grieving wrong'. You want to discuss things that no one gives space for and are ready to put those thoughts into words and genuinely feel your feelings.

I aim to understand you for all your parts and recognize the diverse ways that your values, culture, and identity shape how you see the world. Trained in a social-justice oriented lens, I ask questions seeking to support a deeper understanding of yourself at the end of your sessions.
