Many of the people I work with are navigating inner turmoil, life transitions, or the lasting impact of past trauma. Others are finding it hard to connect in their relationships with friends, coworkers, or loved ones. Do you feel overwhelmed, unsettled, or pulled in too many directions? Maybe you're feeling anxious, stuck, or weighed down by something you can’t quite name. Trying to process emotional pain or relationship struggles on your own can feel isolating and exhausting. My role is to support you in exploring what has often felt too heavy or overwhelming.
I have extensive experience working with kids 12+, individuals, couples, and family dynamics. My goal is to build a supportive connection with those I work with, one grounded in empathy and acceptance. Once folks feel truly heard, lasting change can start to happen, both in session and in your everyday life.
Therapy tends to work best when you have a clear sense of what to expect and feel comfortable with the process. Your 20s: An Online Group for Women
Hi there, I wanted to announce an upcoming local, low-cost online therapy group for self-identified women in their 20s. Its for women who are struggling with the ever-mounting pressures of being in your 20s -- from the balancing act of independence to figuring out school, the "dream" job; and trying to create and keep solid relationships in your life. This will be a safe space to share, support, and process what you're going through.
