Accepting new clients. Life can be stressful and overwhelming, and we all need support and someone to talk to at times. Relationships can be difficult and confusing. You may need time to work on them by processing and sharing your thoughts when you are feeling stuck. Perhaps you are going through a transition, have suffered a loss, or simply need help with managing the stresses that life can bring. You know that you want things to change and need a little support to get started navigating the next phase of your life. You deserve time, attention and to be heard.
My goal is to provide a safe space to work through struggles and transitions. In our sessions I am ready to listen with empathy as you unpack your story. Together we will set goals, identify your values, create a self-care plan, and develop new tools so you can move forward. It’s never too late for a fresh start and to prioritize your mental health.
