I’m honoured that you’ve found your way here. As a marriage and family therapist, I approach my work from a relational and systemic perspective, aiming to foster a deep sense of connection and understanding. Creating a safe and nurturing environment is fundamental and I believe that we thrive when we feel secure, accepted, and connected. Together, we will address the challenges, fears, and areas of distress you’ve identified, while developing new strategies to move toward meaningful change.
I take a holistic approach, honouring the mind, body, and spirit. I believe that every part of our body holds its own wisdom, and part of healing involves learning to listen to and trust these inner signals. I integrate various therapeutic modalities tailored to your unique needs.
My experience includes working with individuals who have faced gender-based violence, abuse, and sexual abuse, both in childhood and adulthood. I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey and a path of reconnecting with yourself, your goals, your authenticity, and your joy.
