Hi, my name is Andréa! I am passionate about supporting folks who don’t always fit into traditional molds; who are curious about neurodiversity in themselves or are going through transitions and a rediscovery of themselves. I believe in peoples power to process through grief and trauma and utilize EMDR as a primary tool for trauma work in sessions. By using a trauma-informed, intersectional, and anti-oppressive lens, I hope to help you cultivate a greater sense of self-compassion and peace in the midst of a chaotic world.
