Hi, I am Andre. I want every client to thrive. No matter the age or the roadblocks, I work with my clients to find ways to move forward. We work to find ways to deal with being overwhelmed, being stuck, and failures, losing sight of what’s important, and finding new and old loves. I am here to listen, to guide through the diagnosis of ADHD, ASD, OCD, and learning difficulties. I am here to listen, to hear what you have to say without fear of judgment. I have a holistic therapeutic approach to overall well-being that includes the body, mind, and social supports.
I like to encourage my clients to find their unique way forward, one step at a time. I make use of different therapeutic approaches from CBT, DBT, Narrative therapy, IFS, as well as Video Games Assisted Therapy (VGAT). In addition, I offer CBT-I to help individuals improve their sleep and digital addiction therapy.
I work in person and online with EDify Multidisciplinary Services in St. Thomas, Ontario. Calls and emails from Psychology Today are directed to EDify Elgin. I am happy to provide a brief 15-minute phone/online consultation.
