I apply my education in Spiritual Psychotherapy to work with my clients both therapeutically and energetically. I have a strong integrated approach that encompasses yogic teachings of the chakra system and techniques that allow you to connect with your deeper subconscious experience with creative visualization, breathwork, and somatic experiencing. I focus on reconnecting you from within so that you are empowered to honor your needs and make choices that serve you today.

I specialize in trauma integration, anxiety, depression, inner child work, chakra balancing, somatic integration, and family of origin healing.
