My practice is rooted in joy and an eclectic blend of elements from somatic healing, internal family systems, trauma-focused, narrative, and strengths-based approaches. This means that I am committed to meeting you where you are at in your journey and co-creating a therapeutic space that is non-judgmental, flexible to your needs, and highlights you as the expert in your experiences.
My areas of focus include perinatal mental health, trauma support, grief and loss – in particular grief associated with chronic illness and health challenges, anxiety, and life transitions. My hope is to offer a space where folks can show up as they are and feel seen.
