I am an autistic trauma therapist working with autistic adults around Identity & Belonging (Gender, Sexuality & Relationships), Meaning (Learning, Communication & Perception) and Purpose (Creativity & Work-Life Balance). Many of my clients - like myself - are queer, trans / non-binary / gender expansive and multiply neurodivergent / learning disabled & gifted. Methodolgically, I work collaboratively and dialogically - where making sense of your experience together deepens your critical insight while inciting development of new sense-making capacities.
Holding it Together happens Together; it is through deepening into connection with ourselves, that we find connection with others - just as it is through deepening connection with others that we find ourselves. This work is grounded in psychodynamic-relational & analytic-cognitive traditions and informed by ideology critique and critical pedagogy.
Individualized treatment plans are designed based on your specific needs, issues, concerns, and goals, and draw from a wide range of treatment modalities - ranging from the mechanistic formulaic to the more dynamic / process-oriented.
