My passion in providing therapy is to help individuals and couples discover their inner strengths, experience self-compassion, and enjoy feelings of connection. I am committed to providing my clients with a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space to explore painful issues and find ways to move forward with positivity and happiness. I work with each client at their own pace and find approaches that best resonate with their needs. I am a Master's trained Social Worker with over 20 years of experience in both community and acute clinical settings.
At times you may believe that your feelings and experiences are too painful to share with anyone. You may feel that no one will understand or relate to what you are going through. I have extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, perinatal mental health, and infertility. I am committed to walking beside you as we work through your feelings.
I also provide couples counselling which focuses on creating new and more positive ways to strengthen feelings of connection, a sense of closeness, and emotional safety within the relationship.
