At Anchor & Ember, we provide trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming therapy for children, teens, adults, couples, and families. We support concerns such as addictions, anxiety, trauma, ADHD/neurodiversity, emotional regulation, behavioural challenges in children, relationship difficulties, stress, burnout, anger, and life transitions.
Our approach is collaborative and tailored to each client’s needs, drawing on EMDR, play therapy, CBT, DBT, IFS, and other evidence-based modalities. We focus on helping clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, and create meaningful, sustainable change in a safe and supportive space.
