Accepting New Clients. Most people arrive believing something in them (or between them) is broken. Usually it isn’t. What has broken down is a way of relating that worked for years and has stopped working now. I work with couples, families, and individuals facing recurring conflict, emotional distance, or a decision that cannot be made. I also work with anxiety, burnout, grief, and periods when a person’s usual way of living has stopped working.
I work with the structure of a person or relationship — how it is built, what it protects, and where it has stopped moving. Symptoms are rarely the real subject. With 20+ years of clinical practice in Ukraine and Canada, I aim for the first session to leave you with a clearer picture of what you are actually dealing with.
Sessions are available in English, Ukrainian, and Russian, and you are welcome to move between them. I work with multicultural and immigrant families, where obligation, role conflict, and generational pressure do not need explaining. My aim is to help you understand your own system well enough that you no longer need me to interpret it for you.
