We are trained individual, couples, and family psychotherapists with experience delivering evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Gottman Method Couples Therapy + more. We use trauma-informed practice in our work and we offer dreamwork therapy.
