Welcome to Therapy Heals! I have over 15 years of experience supporting individuals through complex life challenges. I currently work with children (10+), youth, and families, and have extensive experience supporting adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, chronic pain, insomnia, substance use, divorce, day-to-day stress, and adjustment difficulties related to major life changes. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy-informed (DBT-informed), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Family Systems Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapies, Client-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and trauma-focused approaches.
