Psychodrama and Sociometry for Professionals
Psychodrama is a CRPO recognized experiential method that engages the whole person - mind, body & spirit. It can be used effectively in combination with many other modalities with individuals, couples, families and groups. In this PD group in psychodrama and sociometry for mental health professionals, participants use their own life experiences to learn the method. Implications for practice are discussed and demonstrated. In 2023, I am co-facilitating a monthly training group (Six Meetings), starting on April 29, Sat 9:30am-4:30pm. Early Bird Rates available. Please contact for information or registration
Personal Growth for Women
I offer personal growth groups for women (6-8 sessions) using psychodrama and sociometry, with focus on empowering women and enhancing their self esteem to deal with life's transitions and challenges. We meet every two weeks. Participants' real life experiences form the basis of the group work. The specific focus varies in response to group needs. The groups are open to all women. No experience with psychodrama required. The next group to start in Spring 2023. Limited seats (6-8 max). Contact me for more information or to join the wait list.
