I have worked with women, children and youth and their parents and teachers for over 25 years, taking a culturally sensitive and client centred approach. I believe that healthy balanced relationships with one another and oneself are essential to human happiness, and enhanced self-esteem empowers us to face life's challenges. Together we can discover your strengths and find creative ways for you to lead a more fulfilling life. I use action experiential methods to enliven professional and personal life experiences and facilitate mindful, joyous living for all.

I co-create an environment of safety, care and trust, in which my clients can explore their issues and gain insights and clarity on creative healing ways to move past hurts and traumas. I work collaboratively with my young clients and their families to find meaningful shifts in everyday interactions to help augment the work done during a session.

I bring multicultural life experiences of transitions across countries and decades of research and knowledge base focused on Atypical Development, Difference & Dis/abilities. I welcome people from diverse backgrounds & abilities. My objective is to help create inclusive contexts within which everyone can feel safe and confident to learn, explore, & flourish.

The learnings are applicable not only in counselling & psychotherapy, but also in personal life and a range of professions, e.g., teaching, law practice, life-coaching and so on. Personal Growth for Women

I offer a series (7 weeks; 2.5 hours each) of in-person personal growth groups for women using psychodrama, sociometry & role training, to facilitate better relations with self & others and to handle life transitions & challenges with creativity. Participants' real life experiences form the basis of the group work. The specific focus varies in response to group needs. The group is open to all women. No experience with psychodrama required. The next group starts on March 24, 2025. Payment options available, Total $525. Limited seats (6-8 max). Contact me for more information or to join.
