The world is full of lonely people…In life, we take many paths. Some paths are smooth, while some might be rough and challenging. On the surface, it may feel like we do not have the strength to get through these hardships. But I believe that we can find it within ourselves to forge new pathways towards happiness. Therapy is empowering! By working through emotions, thoughts, and feelings, you can grow into the person you want to be, and achieve your full potential.
I see therapy as a meaningful and transformative journey. Every journey is unique, and it is my job as a therapist to create a space that is safe and judgment-free. With my clients, I look at past and present issues to help resolve inner conflict. I use an Adlerian approach to work collaboratively with my clients to find and develop new ways to cope.
The most rewarding part of therapy is watching people make a difference in their lives. No matter how small the change is. I assist my clients in gaining insights into their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and helping them recognize the patterns that are holding them back. My goal is to create a safe and welcoming environment to ensure my clients feel safe.
