Greetings! I am a collaborative practitioner who enters the therapeutic space from a place of compassion and curiosity. Relationships are vital to our survival as a species. Therefore, connecting to others through relationship hold transformative power and fulfills our most basic human needs. So how do we engage with each other in a positive and vitalizing manner? I work primarily with individuals and couples who are experiencing a range of emotional difficulties and concerns including relationship conflict, lack of communication, sexual concerns, lack of intimacy, feeling of disconnection and isolation.

When working with couples, I use an experiential lens which focuses primarily on emotions. My approach is integrative, so I draw on narrative therapy, mindfulness self-compassion, person-centred, solution focused brief therapy and other evidence-based therapeutic tools to tailor my approach according to my client's needs.

My work is designed to facilitate a process that enhances the relationship between intimates.
