I work with clients with OCD, anxiety disorders, relationship anxiety, and insecure attachment, as well as those with histories of developmental trauma or challenging childhood experiences. We could be a good fit if you consistently feel a sense of dread or anxiousness, or if you experience OCD symptoms such as checking behaviours, compulsions, mental obsessions and worries. We may also explore how negative childhood/developmental experiences contributed to your current symptoms and struggles. You may currently find it hard to trust others, push others away, or worry about them leaving you.

My goal is to help you relate to your anxiety and OCD in a new way - one with less fear, greater self-understanding, and a renewed sense of peace and well-being. You'll learn to tune into your body's signals and regulate your nervous system through various methods. This will allow you to feel safer and calmer in your body and mind.

The good news: there are lots of ways to positively influence our mental and physical well-being, from nutrition, meditation, exercise, stress-reduction, healthy relationships, meaning and purpose, healthy thinking patterns, etc. Let's work together on shifting you back to a higher quality of life.
