Welcome! I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with BCACC in private practice. I bring over 16 years of extensive experience in the mental health and personal growth fields. I practice from a trauma-informed lens to provide a warm and welcoming space. I work with adults, groups and facilitate workshops for individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, low-mood or depression, relationship challenges, grief and loss. I also provide therapy for pain and stress management particularly after an accident or trauma. I offer mentoring and intuitive life coaching. I provide counselling in English and Spanish.
I use a holistic and integrative approach to counselling that includes mindfulness, breath work, resiliency enhancement and other evidence-based modalities. I have specialized training in Trauma Therapy and Integrative Somatic Therapy. I facilitate your understanding of the connection between your mind-body-and-emotions in order to help you heal.
My role as a therapist is to empower you to take back your life and live it as fully as you can. One of my strongest beliefs is that we all do the best we know how to, moment by moment... because if we knew a better way, that's what we would have done!

"Hope & Heal Women's Empowerment" is a 10 week trauma-informed group therapy for survivors of violence & abuse. In an intimate nurturing space, you are invited to rediscover your strengths, transform your life and moving forward. TOPICS include: Intimacy and conflict in relationships • Identity & self esteem • Transforming anger, shame, and fear • Sound skills for building healthy relationships • Moving from victim to resilient survivor • Shaping our future & celebrating ME.
