I work from a holistic, Mindfulness based approach to mental health and wellness. Whether you are seeking to reduce anxiety, manage stress, strengthen your sense of self, be more patient in your relationships, or more focused and present in your own life, Mindfulness can be a valuable daily practice and meaningful path forward.
My belief in empowerment through learning is at the foundation of my assessment practice. I work extensively with youth, adults and families to understand assessment outcomes and develop a clear plan for intervention. Areas of specialization include Learning Abilities (psychoeducational assessment), ADHD and Mental Health.
ADHD is a core focus of my clinical practice. I work extensively with individuals across the life span in identifying, understanding and managing attention related challenges (ADHD), through comprehensive assessments, psychoeducation, evidenced based strategies and mindfulness based practices.
