I work with children and teens (ages 4+), families navigating relationship and family dynamics, and individuals during the prenatal and postpartum periods.

I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach that draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Yoga Therapy, Play Therapy and Art Therapy.

As a busy mom, dog mom, and partner, life is equal parts fun and chaos. I love spending time outdoors with friends and family—whether that’s running, practicing yoga, playing sports, or winding down with a good movie. My self-care centers on mindfulness and reflection, especially through an active yoga practice, which helps me stay grounded.
