Feeling stuck or held back in your life? Feelings of anxiety, overwhelm, numbness, trouble communicating or social-anxiety? So often these experiences affect our relationship to ourselves, our work and others. I specialize in working with self-esteem, PTSD, anxiety, relationship issues and dissociation. I believe that therapy is about creating a safe and open relationship, where together we can work to explore life's challenges and the ways we seek to change our own internal narratives. In this ongoing process of acceptance an awareness, we can find our resilience, authenticity, confidence and a deepening sense of self in the world.
I use an integrative, mind-body approach which supports the root causes behind your struggles. I am trained in EMDR, somatic, psychodynamic and relational modalities. I use an attachment and trauma-informed lens and welcome folks of all orientations and backgrounds. Together we will equip you with the tools that empower you to create the change you desire.
My healing journey is what led me to this body of work. Whether it's processing old wounds, building authentic communication skills, strengthening relationships, or purely growing your potential, I'll be honoured to walk with you in this process. My approach is holistic, honouring all parts of who you are and welcoming you to come as you are.
