If you struggle with issues that you feel uncomfortable discussing with others, such as gender identity, sexual orientation, neurodiversity, spirituality, paranormal experiences, fertility, reproductive health, polyamory, kink, or addictions (to name a few), I would be happy to help you explore these topics in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space.

I offer holistic therapy that weaves together emotional intelligence skills with ancient wisdom practices, including embodied dreamwork, active imagination, and ecospiritual counselling. When appropriate, I also support clients in the therapeutic use of plant medicine. Together, we'll design a unique treatment plan tailored to your interests and needs.

I work with clients who struggle with hyperempathy and who identify as highly sensitive. Many of my clients also have later-life diagnoses of ADHD. My treatment approach uses Dynamic Emotional Integration to improve emotional self-regulation and reduce feeling overwhelmed and overstimulated. I work with many clients virtually but also offer nature immersion in-person sessions in Antigonish county.
