My approach is collaborative and holistic, we can focus on what you need right now or gently unpack deeper roots from earlier childhood experiences. This flexibility allows for a client-centered approach. I’m a certified behavioural coach helping individuals create meaningful change and develop practical tools to meet life’s challenges.
