Everyone’s story matters, and we all deserve a place to share it that is comfortable and non-judgmental. I believe that each person is an expert in their own life. As a therapist, it is my goal to bear witness to your story and help you navigate your current challenges, as well as deepen your knowledge, understanding, appreciation, and acceptance of yourself and others. I am a trauma-informed therapist who uses a client-centered approach, working with different modalities tailored to meet each client's unique needs.
I have experience working with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, suicidality, trauma, abuse, life transitions, stress, grief, and low self esteem. Having lived and worked in Korea, China, and Mongolia, I also specialize in working with clients who are navigating the challenges of dual cultural identities and adapting to life in Canada
Seeking help through therapy is a courageous step and finding a therapist that you feel comfortable with is imperative to healing and growing. I encourage you to contact me for a free initial phone consultation to see if I am the right fit for you!
