I work with youth (10+), adults, and families navigating trauma, neurodivergence, systemic oppression, and life’s challenges. My approach is neurodivergence-affirming, trauma-informed, guided by Indigenous ethics and healing approaches, and founded in good relationships, compassion, and respect. As an AuDHD person and mother to a multiply disabled teen, I bring not only clinical knowledge but also lived experience, empathy, and advocacy to my work.
