Are you seeking guidance with trauma, neurodiversity, parenthood, anxiety, improving relationships, or simply better understanding yourself? You’ve come to the right counsellor then! I work with clients 6 years and above, to better understand & connect with their thoughts, feelings and emotions. I understand that life can have many difficult experiences and mental health support can make a world of a difference. I am passionate about helping clients through their difficult life experiences & achieve their set goals, through a person centered, strength based, trauma informed approach that will be customized for each client.
Over the last decade I have had the privilege of working with children, teens & adults in the neurodivergent community, the LGBTQIA2S+ community, and/or ones affected by trauma & domestic violence. With years of working as a Behaviour Therapist, I have the passion, knowledge, skills and experience to better understand and connect with neurodivergent clients.
If any of this resonates with you, I would love for you to reach out and contact me for a virtual session. I offer a free 15minute phone consultation as well to allow you to ask any questions you may have before booking in a session. If you find yourself needing in-person counselling I can add you to my waitlist.
