I am a neurodivergent psychologist and specialize in working with neurodivergent children and adults. I am committed to providing ethical, empowering, and well-informed counselling that values lived experience. My ideal clients are seeking a psychologist who is authentic, non-judgmental, and committed to upholding the rights of all people. It is a privilege to witness the innovative thinking, tenacity, and awareness that my clients bring to sessions. I utilize my expertise to join in the fight for understanding, support, and acceptance because so often, it's the world around us that needs to do better.
I am passionate about all things related to neurodivergence, in particular autism and ADHD (self-identified, suspected, or diagnosed). I often provide support related to self-criticism, chronic overwhelm, executive functioning, autistic burnout, rumination, processing recent diagnosis, trauma, and emotional regulation.
The goal of my approach to counselling is to facilitate learning and self-compassion, increase clients’ awareness of their strengths, and empower sustainable change outside of therapy sessions. I consider the psychological, developmental, and situational factors that can impact individuals to implement appropriate interventions and support.
