Each session is tailored to your needs and goals and is collaborative. The type of counselling I use may include Trauma healing and processing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Somatic Therapy or Emotionally Focused Therapy. With tools and support, I can help you overcome obstacles, realize your potential and achieve your goals.
