My lived experience & training has given me the skills to create a safe and supportive environment for healing and growth. I can help you see your strengths while providing support in changing the stories, values or beliefs that are keeping you stuck. I also assist couples who are struggling with conflict, communication or tension build stronger relationships and meaningful emotional connections.

By using tried and true (researched based) approaches like Emotionally Focused Therapy, Somatic Therapy and Trauma Focused Therapy I can help you process experiences, regain balance in your life and develop healthier connections with yourself and those around you.

I understand that reaching out for counselling can be a daunting task for some and it is my goal to make the process as seamless as possible.
