I support adults (21+) navigating anxiety, burnout, grief, trauma, life transitions, identity and belonging, leadership stress, caregiving demands, and career uncertainty. Many of my clients are helping professionals, caregivers, leaders, entrepreneurs, changemakers, and individuals within the disability and neurodiverse communities. They often carry significant responsibility while balancing purpose, wellbeing, and capacity. Together, we explore patterns that may be contributing to overwhelm, disconnection, or distress, while fostering resilience, self-understanding, meaningful connection, and sustainable ways of moving forward.
My approach is trauma-informed and trauma focused, strengths-based, and neurodiversity-affirming. I offer support for anxiety, burnout, trauma, grief, PTSD, stress, identity concerns, and life transitions. Therapy is tailored to your goals and may incorporate EMDR, IFS, CBT, CPT, EFT, mindfulness, expressive arts, narrative therapy, and somatic approaches.
Life experiences, relationships, systems, and social expectations can all shape how we understand ourselves and navigate the world. Whether you are experiencing grief, burnout, anxiety, trauma, or a period of transition, therapy can offer space to explore your experiences, honour your strengths, and move forward in ways that align with your values.
