In psychotherapy I take a person-centred approach integrating conversation, silence, reflection, emotion-focused, somatic, and mindfulness compassion-based practices. In art therapy, we explore nature, art materials and found objects in creative process as part of the wellness journey.
With care, creativity and connection, online or in person, we'll explore, process and express feelings, ideas and experiences to develop your inner and outer support systems, and strengthen your sense of self & place in the world.
