About
Perhaps you’re wondering what counselling is all about? Or can I really get the help I need? Maybe you’re even trying to decide, will it be worth it? It’s okay to be uncertain, have questions, and even not know where to begin. Counselling is a collaborative process where you can share: • Whatever is on your mind...how did I get to this point? I don’t even recognize myself! • What' happening in your life...what did I do wrong? It wasn’t supposed to be like this! • Consider future goals...where did the time go? This job was placeholder. • Reconcile past events...when will it stop? I can't let go!
My approach to therapy is collaborative, integrative, and rooted in approaches incorporating compassion, insight, and the treatment of trauma. Sensitive to the intersection between various areas of your life, including individual, cultural, familial, and spiritual, I seek to join you in your present circumstances and journey at your pace toward your goals.
Regardless of what has brought you to this place, let’s start to find answers to your questions and explore what growth and healing mean for you. By staying open to opportunity and embracing creativity, we honour both where you have come from and where you are heading. You can have a new experience. I work with adult individuals and couples.
