About
Life is not always easy. On our paths, we can come across seemingly insurmountable challenges and dark times that appear endless. During these times, one of the toughest challenges is to reach out for help. The truth is, as social beings, humans were never meant to face life's trials and tribulations alone; it is in relationship with others that we are able to uncover our greatest strengths and discover our inner courage. I hope to help you do just that. You are more than you know. The fact that you are here attests to your bravery in taking the next step forward.
Combining professional clinical experience with research-based training, my counselling approach is collaborative, supportive, open-minded, and compassionate. I specialize in depression; anxiety; chronic illness and pain; complex PTSD and developmental trauma. I offer in-person and online video services.
I know how tough life can get. I have had my own challenges with depression, anxiety, and chronic illness. It is through my personal experiences of overcoming and managing these challenges that I aspire to help others who strive, like me, to find confidence, clarity, and strength to live their best life possible.
