I work with individuals and couples seeking greater understanding, healing, connection, and change. Together, we identify where to focus our attention and work toward more meaningful, connected, and resilient ways of relating to ourselves and others.
My approach has evolved over 35 years of clinical practice and integrates Relational Life Therapy (RLT), attachment-informed, trauma-aware, and Interpersonal Neurobiology approaches. I offer therapy for individuals and couples, as well as focused RLT Intensives, including a three-day model with flexibility for shorter formats.
Beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when life or relationships feel painful, overwhelming, or stuck. My hope is to offer a compassionate, collaborative space where you feel supported as you explore what matters most to you.
