Hi! Thank you for choosing to read my practice profile. My goal is to listen openly and with curiosity to what is bringing you to therapy at this time. You might be seeking help in any or all these areas: going through a difficult transition or loss, feeling stuck in a relational pattern that is not working for you, finding you are frequently *hijacked* by your emotions or wanting to pursue personal growth work. Together we will determine where to focus our attention and work.
As a life-long learner, I appreciate the new developments in the mental health field, particularly the confluence of many approaches represented in Interpersonal Neurobiology. I am amazed by the resilience we have and can develop as human beings and I am curious about new and creative ways to promote this kind of growth.
I work with individuals and any two people who want their relationships, to themselves and others, to flourish by becoming more flexible and resilient. The length, frequency and duration of this work varies and is determined collaboratively and based on your individual needs.
