Hello! I am a Registered Social Worker with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Work and have 16 years experience. I’m proud to be providing counselling services at Embark Counselling Inc. I have extensive experience in providing support to children, youth and adults who have experienced trauma, loss, mental health and addictions.
I strongly believe everyone has the capacity to change if they are willing to be curious about their challenges. Every single individual deserves support in this process. I'm confident we can embark on a profound journey of healing together. One step at a time.
My approach incorporates several therapeutic modalities including CBT, ACT and IFS while incorporating Solution-Focused, Strength-Based and Trauma-Informed practice. My goal is to empower individuals to overcome challenges through an empathetic and non-judgemental approach.
My primary focus is providing individual services to youth 16+ and adults. I also offer subsidized perinatal counselling with a focus on postpartum challenges and infertility. I will support individuals in developing self-compassion, resilience and coherence of their experiences.
