My approach to trauma therapy is rooted in transpersonal, humanistic, somatic, and nature-based modalities. First, we'll ground and learn to create safety within the mind and body; second, we'll expand by learning to accept and deeply care for and love ourselves; and third, we'll rise by learning to trust our inner guidance systems.
