My work focuses on supporting individuals, couples, and families through some of life’s most vulnerable and transitional periods. I specialize in perinatal mental health, working with individuals navigating pregnancy, postpartum changes, perinatal mood disorders, and experiences of loss, including NICU stays and neonatal grief. I understand how complex this season can be, emotionally, physically, and relationally, and I offer a space where you can feel supported, understood, and grounded as you move through it.
In addition to perinatal work, I provide family mediation and therapy for couples and families navigating conflict, separation, or significant life changes. This includes supporting clients through the emotional and practical realities of separation and divorce, developing parenting plans, and building more cooperative co-parenting relationships.
My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to your unique needs. Across all areas of my work, I aim to help you better understand your patterns, build effective coping strategies, and reconnect with your sense of self and your relationships, always working alongside you, at a pace that feels right.
