We are all human; our inner workings are similar and protective. What is different is our external pressures, relationships, and outlook that shape us. Stress can manifest in many ways throughout our bodies; it can be seen as crying, tensing, craving, changes in breathing and lower energy. Recognizing changes in our bodies is observable, however, detecting changes in our psyche can go unnoticed. These psychological changes can present as sadness, loneliness, hurt, or thoughts of defeat and fear. In therapy, I will provide you with a holistic and compassionate space to dive into your emotions safely.
Encompassing a strengths-based orientation, we will explore your resources and build tools for you to navigate life’s unpredictable challenges effectively. My background as a personal trainer and long-distance runner has provided me with a unique and personal understanding of perseverance and discomfort. I am here to help you find clarity and acceptance.
I offer a free 15-minute consultation to see if we are a good fit for your therapeutic journey. I look forward to supporting you at whatever stage you are at.
