Amrit is a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Toronto, and a member in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. She has been practicing social work for 29 years primarily in health care and employee/ family assistance programs. She understands Punjabi and is an LGBTQ+ ally. Amrit looks forward to supporting you to develop coping skills and tools to move through the difficulties, uncertainties and crises in your life, especially during Covid-19.
Amrit specializes in three areas,Collaborative Divorce as a Family Professional, Fertility and Organizational Trauma offering onsite debriefings. As a Family Professional, she works on a team to assist both partners reach a sustainable, peaceful settlement out of court. Fertility counselling for family building is provided for third party reproduction.
