Investing in our mental health transforms all aspects of our lives! As a social worker and therapist with ten years of experience, my desire to support people in their healing work is rooted in my passion to cultivate safe, accessible and affirming resources for all of the intersectional identities we hold. I believe that we possess enormous strengths and courage that have guided our footsteps into this present moment. Depression, anxiety, family breakdowns and trauma can deeply impact how we see ourselves. Through therapy we can be better equipped with the capacity to conquer these challenges and live full and wholesome lives.
In working with me one-on-one, we will to develop a unique supportive plan of action for your continued growth and path to healing. Within this process I will utilize a diverse approach that creatively includes therapeutic modalities such as narrative and cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness-based strategies, and art-based activities.
Through a trauma-informed and strength-based lens, we will gently discover the roots of thought patterns, emotions, behaviours and environments that may be preventing you from propelling forward. If you are interested in igniting your healing journey and transforming your life, I encourage you to contact me today for a free consultation!
