Sometimes things in life can be overwhelming making you feel powerless and stuck. You don’t have to go through it alone. As a Registered Psychotherapist, my goal is to provide my clients with a caring and supportive environment where they feel comfortable sharing and working through their thoughts and feelings. I offer trauma-focused therapy to adolescents and adults who have experienced or witnessed mental/emotional, physical or sexual abuse.
I am certified in the Integrative Trauma and Attachment Treatment Model (ITATM) and use a client-centred approach, while incorporating a variety of therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, Solution Focused, Narrative Therapy).
I’m passionate about advocating for my clients and empowering them to have a strong and healthy relationship with themselves. I help clients to rebuild the self-esteem and self-love that faded away somewhere along the way through life.
